How do I become an Exhibitor?
To become an exhibitor at Bead Expo Phoenix you must download, complete and submit a booth contract via fax to 610-232-5750 or postal mail to 300 Chesterfield Parkway Suite 100, Malvern PA 19355.    Download a 2008 Contract.

What is the difference between a booth and an artisan table?
An artisan table is for those who have hand made at least 75% of their product. Artisan tables must be staffed by the maker of the products sold. They are furnished with one 8' draped table, a chair and a wastebasket. All products must be sold off of the table.

A booth is a 10'x10' space that may be configured to the desires of the Exhibitor. They are furnished with one 8' draped table, a chair and a wastebasket although more items may be brought or purchased by the Exhibitor.

How big is a booth/artisan table?
One booth is a 10'x10' space that comes with one 8' draped table (although more tables can be purchased or bruin from home.)

An artisan table is one 8' draped table with 3' of body space behind it to sit, stand, vend, store boxes etc but NOT SELL. All selling must be done from the table provided.

What comes with a booth / artisan table?
Our booths come with one(1) 8' draped table, one chair, and a wastebasket.

You must purchase your own Carpeting, Electricity, Telephone, Internet and extra furniture.

Bead Expo Phoenix is Friday through Sunday, May 2 - 4, 2008.

When is Move In/Setup?
Move in is:
Thursday, May 1, 2008: 3 pm - 9 pm (vendor check in until 7 pm)
Friday, May 2, 2008: 7:30 am - 11:30 am

You will most likely not have access to the facility prior to these posted hours. Should you arrive early, you may need to wait before granted access to the facility.

Sunday, May 4, 2008: 5 - 8 pm

Booths are to remain open and staffed at all times. Any violations will result in a penalty fee and incur risk of losing booth space and/or position at any or all future events.
