How do I get tickets / Do I need to pre-register?
We currently do not have pre-registration for Bead Expo. All tickets to the bazaar can be purchased at the Bead Expo ticket booth at Phoenix Convention center during show hours.

Purchasing a class will grant you free admission for the length of the show with display of your name badge.

What is the cost of attendance?
$10 - 1 day pass
$12 - 2 day pass
$14 - 3 day pass

Those with Bead Expo Phoenix Student badges gain free admission to the bazaar.

Are there any discounts off of admission?
Yes! You can download a $2 off show admission coupon to saveat the door! Limit one per customer.

Is this a wholesale or retail (open to the public) event?
Our events are open to the public and tend to be retail oriented. As such, prices marked by vendors must always be retail. There are qualified wholesale buyers who attend, but as there is no pre-registration/credentials checked at the door, it is up to each INDIVIDUAL vendor to (a) chose whether or not they wish to conduct wholesale transactions, (b) check the buyer's credentials to confirm that they are licensed for wholesale transactions, and (c) set their own minimums for such transactions.
    VENDORS: It is illegal to engage in a wholesale transaction without charging sales tax (in states where there is a sales tax) with anyone who is not properly licensed.
    BUYERS:All must respect vendor policies and not expect such pricing if not properly qualified.

Rates: $129.00 night plus lodging tax, single/double. Group rates apply up to two days prior to our start date, subject to availability.

Bathroom vanity is highlighted by marblecounter tops and all or our rooms include "must have" amenities such as iron/ironing board, coffee maker, lighted make-up mirror and hairdryer. Make sure to ask for rooms blocked for Bead Expo to get these discounted rates.

Are wheelchairs available?
There are a limited amount of wheelchairs available on a first come first serve basis. These wheelchairs are not just for Bead Expo but also for any other event happening at the Convention Center at the same time of our show. We highly recommend you bringing your own wheelchair.

Are there any special events going on?
There is one event geared toward students: the PJ Bead Party on Saturday, May 3, 7 – 10 pm at the Wyndham Phoenix Hotel. The PJ party is free to all beaders!
