Online registration will close April 22, 2008. Once online registration closes you can ONLY register for a class at the show.
When / How will I receive my name badge?
Name badges will be mailed to students during the online registration period. For registrations received after the cutoff date for mailing the badges, students can pick up their badges in the Bead Expo class registration area. For onsite registrations, your badge will be printed when you register.
How will I get the list of materials to bring? The complete list of materials you are expected to bring appears online with other details of classes. You will receive a packet with a letter, material list and a badge for each class closer to the event date.
What do I need to be admitted to my workshop? You simply need your name badge. If you signed up in advance your name badge was mailed to you. If you signed up after badges were mailed or signed up at the show see the Student Registration table to pick up a badge.
What does my registration fee include? The registration fee includes the workshop cost and a mandatory kit fee (if the instructor requires that you buy a kit for the workshop)
Your student badge will give you free admission to the expo for all three days it is open.
What other fees will I need to pay?
Although there are no other fees, you may be required to bring certain tools and supplies with you to class. If you choose to buy tools or materials from your instructor (not including any required kit which would have been paid for when registering), you will have to pay your instructor directly for them. Contact information for instructors is included online, in the event you have questions in advance.
Will I have time to shop?
Plan ahead when scheduling classes! Classes run from 9 am - 4 pm daily. Students taking full day classes can shop during their lunch hour and after the workshop.
What is the PJ Bead Party? This is a time when anyone who wants to can show up, bring their bead work – what ever they are currently working on and sit with other folks and bead, chat, share their thoughts or ideas with your newly made beading friends!
